Referral for admission to our nursing home is required through the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). You may approach the Medical Social Worker at the hospital or polyclinic, and they would assist you in submitting an application to AIC.

Currently, we do not accept direct admission.
- Our ward fees range from $1230 to $3600 (before Government subsidy), depending on the level of care required. Eligible residents will enjoy government subsidies ranging from 20% to 75% of ward fees after means-testing. Upon admission, a one-time administrative fee of S$200 (excluding GST) together with a fixed, refundable deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is refundable upon discharge after payment of all invoices has been made.
- The ward fees would cover general food e.g. milk feeds, care (including diapers, standard medications and rehabilitation), lodging and laundry services
Due to current COVID-19 measures, our nursing home is not open for visits from the public. However, you may visit https://sjsmvillage.org.sg/ for a virtual tour of our nursing home.
Yes, we have catered 2 wards for residents with dementia.

Currently, there are more than 1000 elderly awaiting beds in nursing homes. Our nursing home would have to admit those who are on the waiting list.
