Services

We provide long-term nursing care for residents including persons with dementia, with a total capacity of 266 beds.

Our model of care encompasses clinical, spiritual and psychosocial care. Apart from providing round-the-clock clinical care, our dedicated team of Care Coordinators also work closely with next-of-kin and volunteers as we endeavour to deliver a person-centred care that empowers and enables our residents to lead a meaningful life during their stay with us.

Clinical Care by Nursing Team

Our team of trained nurses and care staff provide residents with 24-hour nursing and clinical care. We engage the services of Doctors who provide medical consultation three times a week.

Clinical Care by Therapy Team

Comprising a team of Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Therapy Assistants, individualised and group therapy programmes are provided for our residents regularly to improve or maintain their mobility and cognitive functions. We aim to maximise their participation in activities of daily living and empower them to engage in activities of their interest.

Psychosocial Care

Psychosocial support is provided for our residents through various avenues such as social, recreational and inter-generational activities, as well as counselling. These activities may be led by volunteers or our care coordinators where next-of-kin are welcomed to participate.

Spiritual Care

The answer to life’s struggles may be beyond the reach of medicine and physical therapy at times. Apart from befriending, our in-house chaplain offers end-of-life and bereavement support for residents and caregivers.
