Volunteer - Sensory Arts & Craft

You will be a member of our group that encourages the use of the five senses of the residents through art and craft. You do not have to be an experienced artist to assist residents in creating their masterpieces as there’ll be a group leader who will facilitate the sessions. We look for passionate, patient and willing hearts in our volunteers to partner the residents during these sessions.

Such work allows residents to exercise their fine motor skills and experience a sense of achievement when a project is completed. The completed art pieces will also be used brighten up the individual living spaces and the overall nursing home!
